六 | ”其介绍，目前并不能百分百确保最后余华英会死刑核准成功。“目前来看，不核准的概率还是有的，从法律上讲应该是百分之一点多，这是我看之前其他案件不核准率应该也达到这个。”王律师介绍，在死刑核准期间，为了维护各方的正当法律权利，余华英仍然可以申请法律援助，通过律师表达自己的诉求。而死刑核准目前没有一个具体期限，因此，对最终的结果，大家还需耐心等待，“根据我们以往的经验来看，一般会在一年左右，当然我们也看到一些罪大恶极的犯罪分子，可能很快，两三个月就核准了。”王律师称。
